Together, you'll build, rebuild and inspire by creating the conditions for safe operations, strong quality performance, and a culture where every voice contributes to continuous improvement across the LEGO® Group.\nCore Responsibilities\nLead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving the achievement of production goals while ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards. \nDevelop and execute mid- to long-term production strategic plans to support business growth, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable manufacturing capacity. \nStrengthen organizational capability by developing leaders and teams through coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives. \nDrive performance management using operational KPIs, resource and budget planning and oversight, and structured reporting. \nClose partnership with global and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence. \nLead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across manufacturing operations \nDo you have what it takes?\nExperience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of manufacturing processes. \nDemonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging operational insights, key performance indicators, and business priorities. \nStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while cultivating accountability, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. \nEffective communication skills with experience working across functions and international networks. \nNice to Have:\nExperience in plastic injection moulding or automated production technologies. \nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing - Continuous Improvement and Project Management. \nNote: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores.
