Instead, you’ll use your technical depth and supply-chain experience to help teams manage complexity, make confident decisions and turn technical insight into meaningful business impact.\nYou’ll:\nSet and align technical direction across multiple product teams within the Supply & Demand Technology portfolio.\nGuide architecture and technical decisions while creating visibility of dependencies, risks and opportunities.\nSupport major transformation priorities across supply-chain planning, ERP and transportation management.\nConnect engineering, product and business stakeholders around shared priorities and scalable solutions.\nCoach Lead Engineers and technical communities, strengthening consistent approaches across teams.\nBuild trusted relationships across global and regional teams, influencing through technical credibility rather than formal authority.\nWhat you’ll build\nYour work will help create:\nStronger collaboration and alignment across the Supply & Demand Technology portfolio.\nConsistent technical approaches that enable product teams to work together effectively.\nGreater visibility of dependencies, risks and opportunities across interconnected products and programmes.\nTechnical foundations supporting supply-chain planning, ERP transformation, transportation management and AI adoption.\nClearer connections between technology decisions, portfolio priorities and business outcomes.\nLife on the team\nYou’ll join Supply & Demand Technology, part of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology.\nThe team supports a large and interconnected global supply chain, bringing together product teams, engineering communities and business stakeholders across organisational and regional boundaries.\nThe stakeholder landscape is complex, and different teams will bring different perspectives and priorities. Success comes from building networks, earning trust, showing patience and creating clarity where those perspectives meet.\nYou’ll work closely with Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, Engineers, product leaders and business stakeholders. What matters most is your ability to connect people, create alignment and turn technical insight into business impact.\nWhat you bring\nWe’re looking for someone who has:\nLed technical direction across multiple product teams within complex, global supply-chain technology environments.\nDelivered enterprise-scale transformations across ERP, supply-chain planning, transportation management or related technologies.\nWorked with supply-chain processes and platforms supporting areas such as demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing or logistics.\nGuided architecture, technical decisions and dependency management across interconnected products and programmes.\nInfluenced engineering, product and business stakeholders across organisational and regional boundaries.\nCoached Lead Engineers and technical communities without relying on direct line authority.\nIt would be an advantage if you also have:\nExperience delivering global ERP transformations involving SAP or SAP S/4HANA.\nKnowledge of Kinaxis or comparable supply-chain planning platforms.\nExperience with transportation management technologies in a global supply-chain environment.\nExposure to AI-enabled technology initiatives operating at enterprise scale.\nBring your technical leadership, supply-chain understanding and collaborative mindset, and help us shape the future of global supply-chain technology.\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
