This is the place.\nThe Role\nLegora is building the compensation infrastructure to support a fast-scaling, globally distributed company. We're looking for a Compensation Analyst to be the analytical backbone of our comp function: someone who digs into data, builds models that hold up under scrutiny, and turns messy inputs into clear recommendations. You'll report to the Director, Compensation and work closely with the VP of Rewards, owning benchmarking, equity administration, and comp cycle execution as we scale our programs from the ground up.\nThis is a hands-on seat for someone early in their compensation career who wants real ownership.
