This is the place.\nAbout the Role\nThe way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We’re looking for an ambitious, collaborative Engagement Associate to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations change the way they work with Legora.\nThis is a role for someone with a strong foundation in management consulting or professional services, who understands that transformation is a process. You will support the adoption and ongoing success of our accounts-helping to build relationships, drive outcomes, and help Legora become integrated into the everyday work of legal teams.\nYou’ll be a crucial member of the team as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients achieve ROI, expand their use of Legora, and transform how legal teams work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for our portfolio of clients.\n\nAssist in designing client adoption plans: contribute to tailored change management approaches, stakeholder mapping, and defining target outcomes as clients adopt Legora.\n\nHelp execute adoption plans, coordinating initiatives from initial rollout to broader usage and adjusting as clients’ needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve.\n\nBuild and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders, supporting them as they navigate change and maximize the value of Legora.\n\nAssist with success plans, training, and ongoing check-ins to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure clients receive a coordinated, high-quality experience.\n\nGather client feedback and share it with teams across Legora to inform product improvements and enablement efforts.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2-5 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in management consulting or a similar professional services environment.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills-you can build trust and credibility with clients while supporting their adoption journey.\n\nSome experience with change management or adoption programs is a plus but not required.\n\nGood organization and project management skills across multiple tasks or workstreams.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
