The Role

We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join Legora's Executive Recruiting function and own the coordination behind our most senior, confidential searches. You will report to the Head of Executive Recruiting, as the first dedicated Coordinator supporting the function.

Legora has grown from around 40 people to 900+ in eighteen months, and every senior leader guiding that growth came through a search you'll help run. You will build the infrastructure that lets this function operate at the standard senior candidates and executives expect, and what you build now becomes the foundation for how we hire the leaders behind the next 1000+.

What You’ll Do

• Coordination Excellence: Own scheduling, logistics, and travel for executive-level interviews and conversations, working across time zones with candidates, and panels.

• Search Firm Coordination: Support relationships with external search firms, managing logistics and information flow between Legora and firm partners.

• Process Infrastructure: Maintain the trackers, scorecards, and reporting that keep every search organised and visible to the Head of Executive Recruiting.

• Candidate Experience: Own every detail of how a senior candidate experiences Legora throughout a process, from first scheduling touchpoint through offer logistics.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Reward, Legal, and People Operations to keep offer processes for senior hires moving with the speed and care they require.

• Confidentiality & Discretion: Act as a trusted steward of highly sensitive search information, managing communication and documentation so confidential processes stay confidential.

What You Bring

• You've coordinated recruiting or executive-level scheduling in a fast-moving environment, managing several senior stakeholders' calendars at once.

• You've worked directly with external partners, such as search firms, vendors, or agencies, and kept that relationship running smoothly from your side.

• You're comfortable being first into a role, building the coordination standard rather than inheriting one.

• You've owned a tracker or pipeline that stayed accurate under pressure, the single source of truth the whole team worked from.
