Rapid geographic expansion and the establishment of multiple legal entities place demands on our People function to keep pace.\nAs a People Operations Specialist, you'll execute and continuously improve the operational processes that power every stage of the employee lifecycle as we grow.\nReporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you'll work hands-on across Legora's core People function, partnering closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal and Finance. Our mission is to build operational excellence that enables the business to scale without creating unnecessary complexity.\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nOwn the day-to-day administration of onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave processes and organisational updates.\n\nPrepare documentation and employee records, ensuring every process is completed accurately and on time.\n\nMaintain high-quality employee data and ensure operational accuracy across all People processes.\n\nBuild, document and maintain scalable operating procedures, playbooks and process documentation that enable consistent execution globally.\n\nCoordinate People Operations activities across multiple stakeholders, countries and time zones, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.\n\nIdentify manual work, operational inefficiencies and recurring issues, and propose and implement better ways of working.\n\nPartner closely with People Tech to improve operational workflows and prepare processes for automation, while leaving technical implementation to the People Tech team.\n\nSupport international expansion, acquisitions and organisational changes by executing operational People processes at pace.\n\nHelp establish operational metrics, monitor service quality and continuously raise the bar for operational excellence.\n\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Administration in a fast-growing company.\n\nExceptional attention to detail - you genuinely enjoy getting the operational details right.\n\nStrong administrative skills, with experience managing large volumes of employee lifecycle activities.\n\nExperience working with HR systems as a power user (rather than as a system administrator).\n\nHighly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.\n\nComfortable working in an environment where priorities change quickly, without compromising quality.\n\nA continuous improvement mindset - you naturally look for ways to simplify, standardise and improve operational processes.\n\nStrong written documentation skills and the ability to create clear, repeatable operational procedures.\n\nComfortable working independently, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.\n\nExperience building agents/agentic workflows as part of People processes is a plus.\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
