This is the place.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Sales Associate with a management consulting background to join our GTM team. This is a hybrid role by design: you’ll start embedded alongside Sales, bringing structured problem-solving and commercial rigor to live deals, before growing into a pure GTM role owning initiatives end to end, or into other career paths across the business as your interests and strengths develop. It’s built for someone who wants the analytical depth of consulting applied to real pipeline and revenue, not a slide deck that sits in a drawer.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner directly with Account Executives across the deal cycle - structuring account strategy, sharpening the commercial narrative, and building the analysis that moves enterprise buyers to decision.\n\nBring a hypothesis-driven approach to diagnosing what’s working and what isn’t in pipeline, conversion, and win rates - then translate findings into action the sales team can run with.\n\nBuild and refine frameworks, playbooks, and tools that make the broader GTM org faster and sharper - not one-off decks, but reusable assets.\n\nSupport and eventually help lead structured experiments across channels and segments: define the test, read the data, kill what doesn’t work, scale what does.\n\nTranslate Legora’s product capabilities into sharp, differentiated positioning for senior legal decision-makers and enterprise buyers.\n\nAs you build context, take increasing ownership of your own initiatives with direct business impact, with the opportunity to progress into a GTM leadership role or into other career paths across the company.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).\n\nSharp structured problem-solving - you default to hypotheses, frameworks, and data, not opinions.\n\nStrong executive presence: comfortable building credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders from day one.\n\nA bias toward commercial outcomes - you want your work measured in pipeline and revenue, not slides delivered.\n\nHigh ownership and urgency; comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.\n\nGenuine interest in moving from advisory work into an operating role within a high-growth SaaS business.\n\nExperience advising legal, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus but not required.\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
