You’ll play a critical role in our close and reporting processes, partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information.\nThis is a senior, high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll own key accounting areas, improve processes and controls, and help build a scalable, audit-ready accounting foundation in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nOwn and support key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis\n\nOwn more complex accounting areas and judgement calls (e.g., accruals, capitalized commissions, fixed assets, or revenue-related balances)\n\nPrepare financial analyses and reporting packages for Finance leadership and FP&A\n\nPartner with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting results, forecasts, and business drivers\n\nImprove and automate close processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows\n\nMaintain compliance with global tax requirements, including indirect tax, direct tax, and transfer pricing.\n\nSupport audit and review processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting\n\nWho You Are\n4+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth or dynamic environments\n\nExperience from a technology or start-up environment\n\nPrevious experience with IFRS or K3, and with multi-entity structures and consolidation\n\nHands-on experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting\n\nDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning work end to end\n\nStrong communicator who collaborates well across Finance and the business\n\nNice to Have\nBig 4 or high-growth technology company experience\n\nCPA or other accounting certification\n\nExperience with NetSuite, FloQast, or similar tools\n\nExposure to revenue or product accounting\n\nInterest in automation, systems, and AI-enabled workflows\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
