This is the place.\nThe role\nAs a Senior Software Engineer on the Customer Management Platform at Legora, you will own the systems every Legora customer account runs through - organisations, users, memberships, roles, region and storage routing - and Back Office, the control plane our operators work in every day.\nYou'll get real ownership across the stack, and your users sit in the same building.\nWhat you will be doing\nOwn the customer account platform end-to-end: provisioning, identity and membership, and the records other teams depend on\n\nIdentify high-friction bottlenecks and issues in the customer related process and solve them with durable, maintainable engineering - not one-off scripts\n\nBuild integrations with external system to ensure seamless workflows\n\nWork with a modern stack (TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, Notion AI/Serval, and cloud infrastructure) to deliver tooling that people actually want to use\n\nCollaborate closely with People, IT, Operations, and Product teams to understand problems and ship solutions\n\nWho you are\nAn experienced engineer who is drawn to systems where correctness and blast radius matter, not just feature velocity\n\nYou're pragmatic and delivery-focused - you know the difference between a perfect system and the right system for right now\n\nComfortable working across the stack: APIs, integrations, automation, light frontends - whatever it takes\n\nComfortable working with our tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, Notion AI/Serval, and cloud infrastructure)\n\nStrong communicator who can translate messy operational problems into clean technical solutions\n\nYou have a product mindset about internal users: you talk to them, iterate fast, and measure impact\n\nExperience building customer management platforms, workflow automation is a strong plus\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
