This is the place.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Program Manager, Candidate & Interviewer Experience to build the coordination, interview, and program layer of hiring at Legora. There is no Coordination function today, so you will define what it looks like from the ground up and grow the team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, as part of the Talent Operations team.\nLegora has grown from around 40 people to 900+ in eighteen months, and every one of those hires went through the process you'll own.
