This is the place.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Program Manager to run Ashby, the ATS that Legora's entire hiring engine depends on. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, as part of the Talent Operations team.\nLegora has grown from around 40 people to 900+ in eighteen months, and every one of those hires ran through the system you'll own. You will keep our Talent team running on clean data and reliable tooling as we scale globally, and what you build now becomes the foundation for how we hire the next 1000+.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSystems Administration: Own configuration, workflows, automations, and permissions in Ashby, keeping the system aligned with how the Talent team works.\n\nData Integrity: Keep candidate and role data clean and consistent, so our reporting is reliable.\n\nIntegration Management: Partner with our People Tech team to optimize integrations between Ashby and our wider tech stack, and identify where new tools are worth adding or cutting.\n\nData & Insights: Build the dashboards that answer the questions leadership actually asks, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health by role.\n\nTraining & Enablement: Be the team's go-to on Ashby, and run onboarding on the system for new hires.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate or simplify recruiting workflows inside Ashby as the team scales.\n\nWhat You Bring\nHands-on Ashby administration experience is required.
