This is the place.\nThe Role\nWe're building Legora's treasury function, and this is the first hire on the team. As our Treasury Analyst in Stockholm, you'll report to the Senior Treasury Manager and be the treasury point of contact during European hours. You'll run day-to-day cash operations, work closely with our banking partners, and help build processes that support our continued global growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, suited to someone who is comfortable working independently and bringing structure to ambiguity.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn daily cash positioning across Legora's bank accounts, and monitor balances to make sure each entity has the liquidity it needs.\n\nPrepare and input payments, making sure they're processed accurately and on time.\n\nOwn key inputs to cash forecasting, working with FP&A and Accounting to explain what's driving the movements.\n\nAct as the operational point of contact for our banking partners, especially local banks, during European hours.\n\nDrive bank account opening and maintenance as we expand into new markets, including KYC and documentation.\n\nManage bank portal users, including adding and removing users and maintaining user groups.\n\nTrack and analyze bank fees, and recommend opportunities to reduce costs.\n\nPartner with Accounting, AR and AP on reconciliations, payment processing, and month-end close.\n\nSupport ERP and treasury technology initiatives.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations or a related finance role.\n\nHands-on experience with bank portals, payment processes and cash reporting with limited oversight.\n\nSound judgement when handling new issues, and the confidence to make decisions within established parameters.\n\nStrong Excel skills, and comfortable working with large data sets.\n\nDetail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and an understanding of treasury workflows.\n\nA clear communicator who works well with banks and cross-functional teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience at a high-growth, tech or multi-entity international company.\n\nExposure to Nordic or European banking, SEPA payments and multi-currency cash management (SEK/EUR/USD).\n\nExperience with NetSuite and/or a treasury management system (TMS).\n\nInterest in automation and AI-enabled finance workflows.\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
