This is the place.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Value Engineer to join Legora in Sydney, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success.\nYou will partner directly with prospects and customers to quantify, articulate, and demonstrate the business impact of Legora. Working alongside Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers, you will translate complex legal workflows and quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready value narratives.\nAs the first Value Engineer in the region, you will play a key role in establishing how we lead value-based customer conversations and enable our go-to-market teams. You will work directly with General Counsel, CFOs, and other C-level stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAccelerate strategic deals by partnering with Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to build compelling, executive-ready value narratives.\n\nTranslate customer workflows, operational challenges, and quantitative results into clear financial and business impact.\n\nLead value-focused conversations with General Counsel, CFOs, and other senior executives.\n\nDevelop and deliver value enablement training for sales and go-to-market teams across the region.\n\nCreate practical frameworks, tools, and assets that help teams communicate Legora’s value consistently.\n\nCollaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share customer feedback, feature requests, and industry trends relating to value and ROI.\n\nSupport customer adoption and expansion by helping customers understand and measure the impact of Legora.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience translating quantitative results and complex workflows into clear, actionable business insights.\n\nThe ability to build credible and compelling value narratives for customers.\n\nExperience engaging directly with senior executives in a clear, confident, and concise way.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.\n\nThe ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outputs quickly without over-engineering.\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for being the first person in this role within the region.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAn interest in teaching, coaching, and enabling sales teams.\n\nLegora is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
