The role serves as an internal consultant to organizational leaders, partnering to build high-performing teams and plan for future growth through the design and implementation of comprehensive human resources programs. Supporting a large manufacturing, assembly, and distribution operation, this position serves as the primary HR partner for site leadership and employees, providing hands-on day-to-day HR leadership and operational support across the facility. The Human Resources Manager will directly lead and develop one HR Generalist while ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs and services that support business objectives and employee engagement. This includes organizational talent development, succession planning, engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting and retention, compliance, and workplace safety. Additionally, the role leads and manages HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, technology implementations, and cross-functional programs.\n What Will You Do?\nServe as the primary Human Resources leader for a large operations facility.\nLead the day-to-day execution of all Human Resources programs and activities for the site.\nProvide direct leadership, coaching, development, and prioritization for the site HR Generalist.\nMaintain a visible presence throughout manufacturing, assembly, and distribution operations.\nPartner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning, compensation, and performance management.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.\nStreamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department \nEffective deployment of employee engagement programs\nConsistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and procedures \nUnderstand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. or a combination of relevant education and experience.\nRequired Skills\nFluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is required.\nDemonstrated experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or operational environments with a significant hourly workforce.\nProven ability to build strong partnerships with frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and operations leaders.\nExperience leading, coaching, or developing HR team members.\nStrong employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness capabilities.\nOutstanding interpersonal skills;
