requirements. \nProcess Improvement\nIdentify and implement design and process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. \nContinuously work on improving existing product performance and manufacturability. \nCross-functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) teams for product qualification. \nSupport the ME team in developing and qualifying tools and fixtures. \nVendor & Production Support\nEnsure timely development and availability of product samples from vendors. \nCoordinate for material availability to support new product launches and production schedules. \nTraining & Documentation\nTrain team members on product design, development processes, and 2D/3D design tools. \nPrepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.\n Educational Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in: Electrical & Electronics Engineering \nMechanical Engineering \n\nExperience\n8 to 12 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in electro-mechanical or switchgear industry. \nRequired Knowledge\nKnowledge of technical documentation and electronic product testing. \nFamiliarity with standards such as BIS, IEC, and ISO. \nProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \nExperience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc. \nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong expertise in 2D/3D modelling and drafting \nKnowledge of electro-mechanical devices \nProduct design and development expertise \nProject management and coordination skills \nData analysis and reporting ability
