Responsible for executing shipping and/or receiving duties according to established priorities. Completes ERP system receipts accurately and in a timely manner, while supporting P&IC with employee training and auditing process adherence. Maintains accurate records within ERP systems and prints product identification tickets for material tracking. Performs intermittent material putaway activities, including operating a forklift.\n1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) casual OT\nHourly Rate: $22.75/per hour\n What Will You Do?\nInventory & ERP Accuracy\nEnsure all inventory transactions are processed accurately and completed within established timelines. \nInvestigate and resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies. \nSupport cycle count activities and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives. \nMonitor ERP transaction compliance and recommend corrective actions when needed. \nMaintain accurate item locations, inventory status, and material traceability records. \nShipping & Receiving\nAssist Leads with inbound and outbound shipment coordination to meet production and customer requirements. \nSchedule and communicate with freight carriers, suppliers, and internal departments. \nEnsure shipping/receiving documentation is complete and compliant with company and customer requirements. \nMonitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues. \nTraining & Process Compliance\nTrain employees on shipping, receiving, ERP transaction, and material handling procedures. \nConduct periodic process audits to verify compliance with established work instructions. \nIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation of corrective actions. \nMaintain standard work documentation and training records. \nQuality & Safety\nEnsure proper product identification, labeling, and material traceability. \nSupport quality initiatives by identifying and containing nonconforming materials. \nOperate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies. \nMaintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. \nManufacturing\nMaintain and cycle count floor stock - using scales \nMachines, tools and equipment used: pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders, vacuum loaders, scales, dryers, granulators, calculators \nMaterials used: Various assembly and packaging materials including poly, boxes, containers, screws. \nHandle, stage and maintain flow of all materials to and from machines presses, assembly and packaging areas, rework areas and storage racks. \nUse of various mechanical equipment and knowledge of job structure (building the products). \nMove finish goods as required \nAll other duties as directed by the Supervisor \n Education: High school degree or GED preferred\nExperience: Minimum three months’ manufacturing experience. Prefer fork-lift experience and data entry experience.
