Under the direction of the Value Stream Manager, the Operations and Logistics Coordinator will provide outstanding service and support by addressing inquiries and supplying information to the sales, accounting, and operations teams. This role involves a range of administrative tasks and data entry responsibilities. The coordinator is responsible for completing all assigned duties promptly, efficiently, and in line with established departmental and company policies, procedures, and objectives. As a member of the Legrand team, the Operations and Logistics Coordinator is expected to foster a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, maintain professionalism, exhibit personal accountability, uphold integrity, and exercise confidentiality.\n Liaise between sales, accounting, and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders.\nAssist the sales team with sales order details, customer follow-ups, and CRM management.\nWork with sales to schedule deliveries that align with customer requirements/needs.\nAssist in resolving order issues.\nMaintain and improve standard operating procedures and documentation.\nComplete administration and reporting as needed to support fulfillment status and support S&OP processes.\nManage freight forwarders as needed (include export compliance).\nRequest quotes from freight forwarders as requested.\nSend shipping requests to the warehouse.\nIssue shipping labels and packing slips to the warehouse.\nManage EU stocking to agreed-to levels.\nFollow required VAT/export compliance requirements.\nSupport budget tracking and invoice processing.\n High School Diploma or equivalent required.\n2+ years of experience in coordination, sales support, or operations roles.\nStrong understanding of CRM systems and ERP software.\nExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with inventory or logistics platforms.\nExperience with SAP ERP systems.\nAnalytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrates motivation, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nSelf-motivated and committed to achieving high-quality results.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and focused on assigned tasks.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nSalary Range:
