effectively execute the safety testing/certification, review data and reports for certification completion, assist customers, and troubleshoot any issues.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to the team.\nMinimum qualifications -\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nProficient in safety design, testing, and certification of power supplies, computer, network devices, and KVMs.\nSolid background in safety design, testing, and certification with 8+ years of experience.\nPreferred qualifications -\nMinimum 2+ years of experience leading engineering, compliance, or cross-functional teams, with demonstrated ability to drive projects and coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions.\nDemonstrated ability to control expenses and expand product coverage in certificates.\nExperience in workflow optimization, maintaining and organizing documentation for safety analyses, and compliance testing.\nDESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS\nAbility to effectively communicate in English verbally.\nFamiliarity with safety certification processes in various countries, such as CB/UL/TUV/CCC/PSE/KC.\nFamiliarity with EMC/EMI certificates
