The candidate will be responsible for direct supervision of all production operations in\nassigned departments, cells or areas, including planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and\ndisciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\n What Will You Do?\nResponsible for maintaining uninterrupted production flow or high-quality products in the most economical way within the manufacturing limits.\nFairly administer company rules and policies.\nRegularly educate employees in safe working processes, environmental compliance issues, personal health and safety issues, and general housekeeping conditions.\nProvide leadership for quality within the group.
