This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in project management, business operations, and customer focused technical services.\nThe ideal candidate will be available for a summer internship from May through August 2027.\nWhat You Will Do\nAssist Project Coordinators with planning, tracking, and executing customer projects.\nOrganize project requirements, drawings, quotations, purchase orders, schedules, and supporting documentation.\nHelp monitor project milestones, open items, approvals, and delivery commitments.\nCoordinate project information with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Shipping.\nSupport the preparation of project status updates, reports, trackers, and customer communications.\nReview project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.\nEnter and maintain project information in relevant business systems and shared files.\nParticipate in project meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project coordination processes, documentation, and reporting.\nSupport additional Project Services initiatives and special assignments as needed.\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering,\nConstruction Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.\nExperience\nPrevious internship or office experience is beneficial but not required.
