Reporting to senior management, the role collaborates with all functional areas to align processes with international standards, conduct internal audits, drive corrective actions, and foster a culture of excellence and safety throughout the organization.\n Develop, implement, and maintain QMS, EMS, and OHSMS in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.\n Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external audits across head office and factory.\n Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.\n Provide training and awareness programs on quality, environmental, and safety requirements for all employees.\n Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management reports on system performance.\n Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to ensure ongoing compliance.\n Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\n Manage document control, record keeping, and change management for all management system documents.\n Facilitate cross-departmental communication to integrate quality, environmental, and safety considerations into daily operations.\n Prepare and present audit findings, risk assessments, and improvement plans to senior leadership.\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nDemonstrated expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.\nProfessional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nProficiency in quality management software and MS Office suite.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.\nFluency in English;
