  • Collaborate with business, divisional, and corporate leaders to understand evolving business needs and ensure sourcing strategies remain aligned with current priorities and long-term growth plans.

  • Identify and evaluate new sources, methods, and suppliers by using market intelligence, benchmarking, and frequent market analysis to anticipate price changes and supply risk.

  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly cost savings through PerfOne in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance, ensuring clear visibility into business unit results.

  • Assess and mitigate supply base risks while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and business continuity requirements.

    • Serve as the escalation point for critical shortages, partnering with cross-functional teams to protect production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Facilitate supplier site visits with Operations, Procurement, and Safety teams to identify manufacturing improvements, strengthen supplier capabilities, and support continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering on supplier development, supplier setup, audits, compliance activities, and long-term performance improvement.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain to execute sourcing strategies, resolve issues, and ensure sourcing strategies are translated into operational results.
