The successful candidate will leverage B2B sales expertise to capture new opportunities, ensure technical compliance, and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.\n Identify and acquire new project opportunities across builders, architects, electrical contractors, and government departments.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with PWD, Tripura RD, BCP and other public sector clients.\nPrepare and present technical and commercial proposals for modular switch and switchgear solutions.\nCoordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution fit and timely delivery.\nNegotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to meet profitability goals.\nTrack project progress, manage timelines, and resolve any on-site issues.\nProvide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.\nConduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.\nOrganize product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for key stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout the sales cycle.\n Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering -
