LEGRAND product specifications during project design phases and tender processes.\n Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for design teams.\n Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and specification documents.\n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.\n Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for specification-based revenue.\n Collaborate with internal engineering, marketing, and supply-chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.\n Provide post-sale technical support and resolve specification-related issues.\n Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.\n Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electrical or digital systems, preferably with specification-driven sales.\n Proven track record of influencing project specifications and winning design-stage contracts.\n Established network of architects, consultants, and design professionals in the assigned territory.\n Strong knowledge of LEGRAND product portfolio and industry standards.\n Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\n Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.\n Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the territory.\n Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.\n Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a
