At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to join the Electrical Infrastructure division in Mississauga, CA. Direct and manage all facility related activities with overall responsibilities for maintenance and facilities teams. Plan, lead and control the equipment for all manufacturing support operations at the facility. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a safe work environment for all employees through implementation and maintenance of company directed safety programs, compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, and promotion of a strong safety culture. Build and maintain an effective Preventative Maintenance program, using the CMMS tool, with the goal of minimizing unplanned downtime. This includes working with plant operations team to ensure equipment will be available to perform planned preventative maintenance. Ensure adequate resources, properly trained, are available to complete both preventative and re-active maintenance activities.
