# Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer

Supporting the Legrand Power Bus Way plants and reporting to the Plant Manager, the Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead and support Lean transformation and daily management initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of continuous improvement strategies, ensuring Lean principles, practices, and tools are embedded into the organization’s culture and day-to-day processes. The position will identify, lead, and sustain improvement initiatives focused on areas including safety, customer value, quality, delivery, cycle time, productivity, growth, margin expansion, and inventory optimization. Travel: 25% / Valid Passport Requied Main Responsibilities Lean Transformation & Daily Management Implement tactical strategies that support the plant's Lean transformation vision. Execute short-term and long-term objectives aligned with plant KPIs and operational goals. Partner with site personnel to identify, address, and eliminate process-related obstacles.
