The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and recording inventory levels within our warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n What Will You Do?\nConducts regular cycle counts of inventory items according to established schedules/direction from leadership. \nUtilizes handheld scanners or other inventory management tools to accurately record inventory levels. \nInvestigates and resolves discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. \nAssists in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management. \nMaintains cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient counting processes. \nCollaborate with other team members within inventory control/warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management practices. \nAdheres to all safety protocols and procedures at all times. \nProvides support during physical inventory audits and other inventory-related activities as needed. \nContinuously seeks opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency in counting processes. \nPerforms other duties as required. \n Education:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.\nSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:\nProven experience in a similar role, preferably a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred. \nStrong mathematical skills and attention to detail. \nProficiency in using handheld scanners preferred. \nBasic computer skills required. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;
