This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing specifications through in-process and finished goods audits. The Quality Auditor serves as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality concerns, driving corrective actions, and partnering with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to maintain the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction.\n What Will You Do?\nPerform detailed quality audits throughout production processes and on finished products to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, FDA regulations, and other applicable standards.\nConduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measurement equipment including height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other measuring instruments.\nInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to verify product conformance.\nIdentify and document nonconforming materials, components, and processes, ensuring proper containment and resolution.\nCollect, analyze, and report quality data including inspection results, audit findings, and nonconformance trends.\nWork closely with production personnel to implement corrective and preventive actions resulting from audit findings.\nMaintain accurate records including inspection reports, audit documentation, calibration records, and quality metrics.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance manufacturing and quality processes.\nCollaborate with Engineering to investigate and resolve product quality concerns and improve product performance.\nCollaborate with Suppliers to address supplier quality issues and support corrective action activities.\nCommunicate product quality concerns, audit results, and compliance requirements effectively across departments.\nAdhere to company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements, and best practices while promoting a culture of quality excellence. \n Education\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance, or related technical field preferred.\nExperience\n1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Quality preferred.\nExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.\nExperience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, or similar quality systems highly desirable\nSkills / Knowledge / Abilities\nStrong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles within a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements.\nProficiency in the use of precision measurement equipment including CMMs, height gauges, vision systems, calipers, micrometers, and related inspection tools.\nStrong understanding of quality systems, auditing practices, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies.\nAbility to perform accurate dimensional inspections and verify compliance with engineering specifications.\nExperience maintaining calibration records and understanding measurement system fundamentals.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret quality data.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier organizations.\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to prepare and communicate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and quality-related documentation.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.\nAbility to use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely within a manufacturing
