If you're excited about this role, have an interest in continuous learning, and believe your experience aligns, we encourage you to apply and grow with us!\nWhat Will You Do?\nPerform monthly financial analysis on Legrand North & Central America entities including sales and income reporting.\nPerform monthly close processes including but not limited to journal entries, departmental reporting, BPC reporting, Intercompany Invoicing, etc.\nAssist the FP&A manager in the monthly financial close process with variance explanations and various reporting/analyses as required, gaining exposure to financial storytelling, variance analysis, and business decision support. \nSupports functional leaders of Finance, HR, and Legal in a business partner role. You will build relationships and expand your cross-functional acumen. \nAssist the Legrand North & Central America Internal Control Manager with entity level Balance Sheet reviews and documenting selected financial control procedures.\nPerform monthly internal control items including account reconciliations and journal entry review.\nAssist internal audit and tax team with monthly/quarterly/annual requests.\nAd-hoc project support and analysis to support Legrand North & Central America corporate finance function.\nAssist individual entity or division contacts with data requests and report building.\nParticipate in annual Legrand North & Central America budget and forecasting processes.\nPerforms other similar and related duties as required.\n SKILLS/KNOWELDGE/ABILITIES:\nAdvanced Microsoft suite skills are required with an interest in continuing to learn and adopt new technologies and tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with usage of AI reference tools. (Copilot, ChatGPT)\nSAP BPC Consolidation experience preferred\nEPM Cloud experience preferred\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions.\nStrong organizational and time management skills and able to effectively handle multiple priorities at one time. Close attention to detail, ability to audit work to identify issues and implement processes to prevent errors.\nAdvanced Excel skills and Experience working with other Financial reporting tools such as SAP BPC, SAP ERP, Anaplan, Planful, etc.\nAble to communicate effectively both in written format and oral presentation. Able to create effective reports, presentations and business correspondence.
