The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring purchasing records are accurate and up to date. Create, review, and process purchase orders in ERP systems. Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on order acknowledgments. Monitor supplier confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules. Track open purchase orders and expedite critical orders when required. Maintain accurate purchasing data, pricing, and supplier records. Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, shortages, and shipment updates.
