This hands-on position is responsible for preparing vehicles, organizing materials, assisting with assembly tasks, and helping maintain efficient workflow throughout the production process.\nThis opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities:\nComplete assigned vehicle preparation and assembly tasks\nPrepare vehicles, materials, and components for production activities\nGather and organize parts, tools, and equipment needed for assembly projects\nAssist with material staging, inventory movement, and workstation setup\nPerform basic assembly, installation, and production support tasks\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nSupport production schedules by ensuring materials and vehicles are ready for work\nIdentify and report damaged materials, shortages, or production concerns\nAssist with corrections, quality checks, and rework as needed\nFollow all company safety guidelines and work instructions\nWork effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED \nExperience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, construction, or related trades is a plus\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nDependable attendance and punctuality\nAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment\nAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills\nCompensation and Benefits:\n$18-$22 per hour based on experience\nFull-Time/non-exempt\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k)\nPaid time off and holidays\nOngoing training and career growth opportunities\nSchedule: Monday to Thursday\n6:00 AM - 5:00 PM\nFour 10-hour shifts\nWork Location: 3189 Franklin Limestone Rd\nNashville, TN 37013\nEqual Opportunity Employer: LEHR is an equal opportunity employer.
