Candidate will be responsible for leadership of the 2nd Shift technician team that completes conformal coating on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA’s). The type of work includes managing team that completes conformal coating on PCBA’s including manual processes as well as automated dispensing equipment. Apply and share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDay to day management responsibilities of 2nd Shift PCBA conformal coating operations.\nWhen necessary, manage 2nd Shift in PCBA lab including press fit, selective solder and other PCBA processes.\nCommunicate with project teams and production control to provide updates on both schedule and cost\nWill be responsible for providing employee feedback and any disciplinary matters\nReviewing and approving time sheets and verification for accuracy\nEnforcing / following company policies as applicable\nEngaging with peers to share best practices\nMaintaining 5S best practices in lab\nundefined\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED with 8 years of experience will be considered. \nApplicants must have strong experience working with teams.\n Ability to multi-task and meet multiple objectives over similar time periods. \nAbility to stand for up to 4 hours daily. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.\nMES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience. \nCandidate will be required to have basic computer skills associated with these assembly tasks (such as retrieving the manufacturing documentation from the system, updating the system as router steps are completed, communication via email, Excel spreadsheets, etc.).\nMust be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent or prior certification in J-STD-001 Knowledge of PCBA conformal coating processes. \nExperience leading a team \nExperience working 2nd shift \nMES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
