Leidos is seeking an intelligence professional to instruct the Advanced Contingency Intelligence Networks (CIN) Course at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, the instructor will provide daily instruction, course development, and exercise facilitation to USAF personnel in advanced functions of the Mission Planning Cell, Combat Intelligence Cell, Squadron Intelligence, and other intelligence organizations and customers. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
Candidates may occasionally be required to travel and work longer hours to support operational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide 300 level training for select intelligence personnel.
Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years (or Master’s and 8+ years) of USAF operational experience.*Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Recent Experience in providing intelligence support to one of the following Air Force communities:
Air Operations Center (AOC),
Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS)
Unit level Intelligence (ULI) aviation operations [Preferred].
Current Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Must have the ability to access JWICS.
Must have the ability to obtain other security and program accesses as required.
Knowledge of NDS priority threat nation’s capabilities and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.
Comfortable managing/building syllabi and executing lessons, scenarios and CAPSTONE events.
Experienced with Mission planning ops Meetings and due outs (DIM/MAM/GPDM/GPAWM/Coord/Breakouts) / Intel Team Lead & ISR Team Lead Roles.
Knowledge of intelligence collection processes.
Experience with Combat Employment, Air Expeditionary Units, Contingency Response Groups, Or similar.
Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, Fusion, Analytical Tradecraft, Targeting process and products.
Advanced threat knowledge needed to build a cohesive, logical scenario as well as technical expertise to create accurate multi-int signatures that would reflect threat and dynamic targets’ behavior.
Capability to utilize current STAs required to conduct operations.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must be able to multitask and deliver quality products within specified timelines.
Ability to work cooperatively as a team member in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
Ability to travel between 10-25%.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Graduate of US Air Force Weapons School, Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, or Royal Air Force Qualified Weapons Instructor.
Experience in collaborative work within ACC.
Experience in Large Force Employment (LFE) exercise operations (AGILE FLAG, RED FLAG, Weapons School Integration, etc.).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
