and implement Agentic AI solutions to enhance and modernize enterprise IVR and contact center applications.\nDevelop intelligent conversational AI agents capable of understanding user intent, maintaining conversational context, and executing multistep workflows.\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing technologies into voice-enabled applications.\nBuild and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend integrations connecting AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and business applications.\nDevelop AI-powered voice interactions using speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI technologies.\nDesign and implement agent orchestration workflows, tool integrations, and automated decision-making capabilities.\nIntegrate AI solutions with existing IVR and contact center technologies, including platforms such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys Cloud, or comparable technologies.\nDevelop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, and AI agent workflows.\nCollaborate with software engineers, solution architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nImplement security controls, authentication, authorization, privacy safeguards, and human escalation mechanisms for AI-enabled applications.\nEvaluate and improve AI solution performance, including response accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall customer experience.\nConduct unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting of AI-enabled applications.\nSupport Agile software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and technical documentation.\nEnsure AI solutions align with applicable federal security, accessibility, and compliance requirements.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience.
