This role focuses on building intelligent AI agents and\nmulti-agent systems that integrate with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources to solve\nreal-world operational challenges.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using\nmodern LLM frameworks, containerized environments, and cloud-native development practices.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks independently.\nBuild and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and tooling.\nDevelop AI-enabled applications using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.\nIntegrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services.\nBuild conversational and human-in-the-loop interfaces for AI systems.\nDevelop observability, tracing, and evaluation pipelines for AI workflows and agent performance.\nContainerize and deploy AI applications using Docker-based infrastructure.\nCollaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity teams, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities.\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows using GitLab.\nOptimize prompts, memory systems, context handling, and agent decision-making.\nResearch and prototype emerging agentic AI techniques and frameworks.\n Required Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of software development experience.\nStrong Python development experience.\nExperience developing applications with large language models (LLMs).\nExperience building AI applications using LangChain.\nExperience with AI observability and tracing tools such as Langfuse.\nExperience developing conversational AI interfaces using Chainlit.\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker.\nExperience managing repositories and CI/CD workflows using GitLab.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, vector databases, and modern backend architectures.\nStrong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration concepts.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\n Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience designing multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.\nFamiliarity with vector databases and embedding technologies.\nExperience deploying AI services in cloud or hybrid environments.\nKnowledge of AI safety, governance, and observability best practices.\nExperience working in cybersecurity, defense, research, or mission-focused environments.\nActive security clearance or eligibility to obtain one (if applicable)\nTechnical Stack:\nPython\nLangChain\nLangfuse\nChainlit\nDocker\nGitLab\nLLM APIs and AI model providers\nREST APIs and microservices\nVector databases and RAG architectures\nDesired Traits:\nPassion for emerging AI technologies and autonomous systems.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, highly technical environments.\nStrong ownership mentality and willingness to prototype rapidly.\nCollaborative mindset with strong communication skills.\nCurious, adaptable, and mission-oriented\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
