# Agile Execution Lead

Leidos is seeking a highly qualified Agile Lead to provide team leadership, Agile execution oversight, and process coordination in support of United States Air Force Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) capability development. The Agile Lead will manage and guide a team of 10 Scrum Masters supporting multiple cross-functional engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and technical integration teams. This position is responsible for establishing consistent Agile execution practices, improving delivery predictability, and ensuring development teams remain aligned with government priorities, program objectives, and established delivery commitments. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, practical experience supporting complex technical development environments, and demonstrated ability to lead personnel while coordinating across government and contractor organizations. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring the ability to balance team management, Agile execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement without introducing unnecessary administrative overhead or process complexity.
