Apply and share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities \nPerform mechanical and structural assembly of aerospace components per work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.\n\nUse hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and test equipment to assemble, fit, and install parts and components.\n\nConduct inspections of in-process and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.\n\nPrepare and apply surface coatings (e.g., primers, sealants, bonding agents) according to engineering documentation and process specifications (preferred).\n\nFast-paced, collaborative manufacturing setting.\n\nMay require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE.\n\nOccasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma/GED with 1-3 years of experience working in precision assembly and/or aerospace manufacturing assembly.\n\nSkillful knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and assembling structures with the ability to learn the integration of large structures.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and assembly instructions.\n\nProficient in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.\n\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with ERP/shop floor systems.\n\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.\n\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\n\nMust be adept with hand tools including drills, grinders, wrenches and screwdrivers, impact rivet guns, rivet puller.\n\nMust be able to work overtime, including weekends, as required.\n\nMust be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.\n\nThis posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience.
