This role helps senior leaders better understand workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational challenges through data-driven insights.\nYou'll partner directly with customer stakeholders to design meaningful surveys, facilitate focus groups, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop dashboards and visualizations, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly influence workforce strategy, organizational performance, and mission success.\nThe ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who enjoys translating complex datasets into clear, compelling stories. They are equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging business problems.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPartner with customer stakeholders to identify business questions and develop effective survey strategies.\nDesign, build, administer, and manage surveys using customer-provided survey platforms.\nPlan and facilitate focus groups and analyze qualitative findings alongside survey results.\nClean, organize, validate, and prepare data for analysis.\nAnalyze structured and unstructured data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and workforce insights.\nDevelop performance measures, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings.\nCollaborate with database developers, methodologists, and other analytic team members to integrate multiple data sources.\nProduce briefing materials and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate analytic findings and recommendations.\nLeverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI-enabled tools to assist in analyzing open-ended survey responses and identifying themes.\nSupport recurring survey programs and longitudinal analysis to identify trends over time.\nBasic Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Social Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or another field emphasizing advanced data analytics.\nOne of the following:Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\nMaster's degree with 6+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\nAssociate's degree with 13+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n\nExperience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.\nExperience identifying trends and translating data into meaningful business insights.\nExperience developing performance measures and executive dashboards.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.\nExperience with SQL, MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community customers or workforce analytics initiatives.\nExperience producing executive-level visualizations, charts, and presentations.\nFamiliarity with survey methodology, employee engagement research, organizational assessments, or workforce studies.\nExperience using AI-enabled analytic tools or Large Language Models to support qualitative data analysis.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
