The selected candidate will provide support for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of customers, partner with them, anticipate their needs, and deliver innovating solutions to challenging defensive cybersecurity issues.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nResearch approved transformational and innovative solutions and recommend improvements to DCO capabilities.\nCoordinate and collaborate with government stakeholders to help integrate new capabilities into operations.\nActively participant in meetings with CSSP subscribers and DISA working groups.\nTrain and mentor other team members.\nQA/QC products before they are sent to the customer.\nDevelop whitepapers, briefs, SOPs, TTPs, and QRGs to allow for a better, more reliable DCO process.\nTake ownership of driving the operations of the CSSP.\nConduct and deliver weekly status updates to customer.\nFollow up on all taskers and due outs. \nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.\nHold DoD-8570 IAM Level 2 baseline certification (CISM, CISSP or CASP) to start. \nProficient understanding of the Cybersecurity Framework in regard to identify, protect, detect, respond and recover within the Cyber Security Service Provider construct.\nMotivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. \nMust have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.\nPREFERRED SKILLS:\nExperience with data brokering.\nExperience with cloud cybersecurity services\nSubject matter expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) system engineering and implementation.\nSubject matter expertise in Splunk\nExperience supporting DISA CSSP subscriber and provider validation programs.\nSkilled in building extended cyber security analytics.\nExperience with DISA and DoD Networks.\nDemonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.\nAdvanced Certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP.\nExperience in intelligence driven defense and/or Cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK Frameworks.\nSubject matter expertise in JRSS weapon systems.
