It may not be used, reproduced, disclosed, or exported without the written approval of Leidos.\n\nLeidos Proprietary\n\nIT Operations Support - Identify, extract, and analyze relevant data specifically in support of IT Operations and system\n\nsustainment initiatives.\n\nData Integration & ETL - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate structured and unstructured data\n\nsources to prepare it for analysis and visualization.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business leaders and IT decision-makers to gather requirements and translate\n\nbusiness needs into technical visualization specifications.\n\nData Analysis - Interrogate and analyze complex datasets to uncover critical trends, patterns, and insights that support\n\nstrategic initiatives.\n\nOptimization & Quality Assurance - Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting anomalies, and optimize dashboard\n\nperformance for end-users.\n\nUser Enablement - Provide guidance, documentation, and training to end-users on how to effectively interact with and\n\ninterpret the visualization tools.\n\nDocumentation & Standards - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and\n\ndata dictionaries in support of delivered products.\n\nCompliance & Documentation: Ensure all tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6/IL7 protocols; develop and\n\nmaintain architectural documentation and compliance traceability.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nRequires BS and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain - additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.\n\nSecurity Clearance: Active Secret clearance at time of hire and able to obtain Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).\n\nCertification: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) required.\n\nCitizenship: United States Citizenship is required.\n\nCore Experience: Proven professional track record in data analysis, business intelligence, and building data visualizations for enterprise use.\n\nDomain Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Operations and sustainment, including a strong understanding of how to\n\nidentify and apply relevant data to support these functions.\n\nData Integration / ETL: Experience with data extract, transform, and load (ETL) techniques using disparate structured\n\nand unstructured data sources.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) and MicroStrategy (including Dossiers and standard reporting).\n\nDatabase Skills: Strong command of SQL and experience querying complex relational databases and data warehouses.\n\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced Scripting: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.\n\nCertifications: Relevant industry certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) or\n\nMicroStrategy.\n\nData Architecture: Understanding of data warehousing concepts and advanced semantic layer modeling.\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
