Share your resume with us today!\nPrimary Responsibilities\n.\nSupport overall program execution, performance, and customer satisfaction.\nLead and align cross-functional teams.\nIdentify risks, resolve complex issues, and drive timely decisions.\nEngage confidently with executive leadership, senior government customers, and high-ranking military personnel.\nRepresent the Program Manager in key meetings and act on their behalf when required.\nSupport cost, schedule, technical, operational, and contractual performance..\nBasic Qualifications\nBA/BS or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 8+ years or prior relevant experience. \nSignificant leadership experience on large, complex defense, aerospace, intelligence, or government programs.\nDemonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and incomplete information.\nStrong executive presence, judgment, communication skills, and learning agility.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams.\nAbility to quickly understand the program, anticipate priorities, and make decisions aligned with the Program Manager’s direction.\nExperience engaging senior government, military, and corporate leaders.\nMust be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active Secret clearance or able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.\nMust be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager\nExperience supporting large defense programs.\nFamiliarity with full-lifecycle defense program execution, including development, sustainment, and modernization.\nExperience supporting classified and international operations.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
