This position is designated as Mission Essential. Responsibilities include short-term CONUS and OCONUS deployments, assembly and integration, system sustainment activities, supporting test event activities with test setup, operations and documentation, and providing related training within the assigned area of operations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport the customer in overseeing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program. Responsibilities include scheduling and performing services, hardware configuration, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.\nCollaborate closely with a highly skilled team of engineers and logisticians to ensure effective program execution.\nPerform and contribute to Root Cause Analysis and advanced troubleshooting beyond the end-user level, including issues related to software, hardware, cabling, electrical systems, and network infrastructure by solving complex problems.\nRecommend courses of action to customers, end-users, and internal team members based on experience and technical knowledge.\nDemonstrate the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.\nUnderstand customer expectations to provide mission-focused support aligned with program values and objectives.\nAssists in the development and maintenance of internal materials and process specifications through a working knowledge of industry standards.\nExhibit discipline, adaptability, attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to foster collaboration.\nCommunicate with supervisors, managers and quality about issues affecting quality of productivity\nComplies with all Company policies, procedures, and regulations\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management\nBasic Qualifications\nCandidate must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience\nCandidate must have at least five (5) years of experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.\nAbility to obtain and maintain unrestricted U.S. passport (Blue Book)\nValid driver’s license.\nAbility to work long shifts outside of normal business hours in adverse weather environments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to lift up to 35 pounds.\nCandidate must have demonstrated experience with hand tools, basic power tools and basic electrical diagnostic tools.\nCandidate must have demonstrated experience reading and interpreting drawings/documents such as operating instructions, work instructions, and blueprint data.\nAbility to travel up to 50% as required.\nCandidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL, area.\nCandidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within independent and/or team environment to internal and external stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in an AS9100 Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environment is a plus\nPrevious work experience in the Aerospace and Defense Assembly, Integration & Test environment\nPrevious work experience in Defense Logistics and Sustainment\nExperience with U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense operations.\nFamiliarity with U.S. Army physical security standards, as well as COMSEC and CCI handling and usage practices.\nCostpoint/Solumina Windchill experience\nIPC WHMA-A-620 is a plus\nSecurity + is a plus\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
