We are seeking a Enterprise Project Management Manager in Fort Belvoir, VA.\nThe Program Project Management operations organization has functional responsibilities including finance, contracts, subcontracts, proposal operations, past performance, quality HR and talent acquisition and process operations including security, data management, and infrastructure. The Program team has an opportunity for a hands-on Project Management leader to lead in a collaborative, business-relevant environment having a direct impact on the Program’s P&L. This is a high-paced environment with multiple critical projects across the concurrent task areas making a significant contribution to the overall business objectives. Schedule, cross-functional/program coordination and hands-on detailed planning, analysis and presentation are key elements of the role. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of operational experience, advanced business process knowledge, and analytical expertise, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Agile methodologies. They will leverage data-driven insights to support project planning, business operations, financial analysis, and executive decision-making while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who can lead cross-functional efforts, drive operational improvements, and mentor junior team members.\nThis role includes defining and leading projects, having responsibility for the entire project portfolio and engaging multiple project managers to achieve project milestones and completion dates. This includes, but is not limited to, engagement with task area leaders, subject matter experts and all functional areas. The responsibility includes hands-on engagement with requirement definition/clarification, solution development, as well as coordinating, reviewing and delegating work across the engaged cross-functional team members. The Enterprise Project Management Manager will tie advanced principles and concepts to operational and business objectives as part of project definition and execution results in a major impact to the outcome business implications of that outcome. This role is expected to engage with the larger team, and to influence leaders, to identify and make significant improvements to both Program processes and individual projects to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness as well as to ensure maximum business and mission impact.\n**Salary Range: $170K - $195K**\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects from scope assessment and schedule definition through execution, providing strategic recommendations and influencing Program Operations and Task Area leaders to achieve business and mission objectives. \nLead initiatives to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes across the division. \nLead cross functional/program team reviews. \nGenerate presentations and present solutions and results to division team and leaders. \nCoordination with team members with flexibility to support multiple time zones. \nResponsible for the formulation of Project Plans and Agile frameworks to effectively manage high-visibility projects.\nLead a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters, provide guidance, direction, and support.\nResponsible for attaining project milestones and completion dates.\nManage risks and dependencies and escalate issues as they arise.\nManage the daily, weekly, and monthly project report status.\nCommunicate with the customer and Leidos leadership about any potential impact on ongoing projects.\nManage the allocation of Project Managers to new projects.\nIn coordination with the customer and Leidos leadership manages the prioritization of project and resource allocation.\nBasic Qualifications:\nRequires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.\nActive DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI. \nAbility to work on-site (Fort Belvoir) four days a week.\nActive PMP certification from PMI.\nActive Scrum Master certification.\nExpert knowledge of advanced principles and concepts related to Leidos processes, combined with strong operational understanding. \nSolid Power Point presentation skills.\nAdapted to organizational changes and flexible to support operational dynamics.\nExpert in change controls, formulating baselines, and release management.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project.\nKnowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools.\nAdvanced analytical skills with expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, data modeling, trend analysis, scenario/what-if analysis, and development of complex reporting and analytical solutions. Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex datasets, developing executive-level reporting solutions, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nExpertise using Microsoft Project and related reporting.\nExpertise with Agile methodologies, implementations, and reporting. \nExperience developing and executing project plans with cross-functional and cross-program elements. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nEffective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead project teams and clearly communicate responsibilities, expectations, and status. \nExpertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \nDemonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and review the work of less experienced team members. \nDemonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant operational experience \nBusiness strategy experience \nStrong written and verbal skills \nEffective presentation skills \nInternal and external customer interface skills \nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
