Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nInterface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities.\nProvide strategic communication planning for both internal and external stakeholders.\nContribute to the development of new products, services, or operational strategies in support of organizational goals.\nWork independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.\nResponsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.\nMay include coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.\nBasic Qualifications\nTS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required\nBA/BS degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.\nExperience working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains.\nStrong knowledge of mission-critical building systems.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business applications.\nProven Experience with acquisition processes, including facility services, Architectural and Engineering (A&E), and construction contracting.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification.\nExperience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering).\nExperience with critical power distribution systems.\nExperience with facility related control systems.\nProficiency with program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP.\nExperience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering).\nProficiency with program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP.\nEC-DAS\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
