This position is responsible for the configuration of security systems (IP cameras & servers) and IT networks to support perimeter countermeasures..\nThe scope of work will include:\nSupporting a network topology and infrastructure (camera, cabling, and conduit installation) that will be used for all the security devices to communicate.\nConfiguring security devices to communicate and operate at the specifications requested by the customer.\nAssist with building custom solutions using COTS equipment to meet high security, high threat customer requests.\nRequired Qualifications\nApplicant must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.\nMust have demonstrated experience configuring, and administering CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter/Residential/CommercialIntrusion Detection, and intercom systems.\nMust have demonstrated experience in fiber optic network installation and configuration (switches, routers, wireless).\nApplicant must be capable of apprehending and implementing the following accepted industry standards and methodology (Information Technology/Networking,Structural, Electrical, and Infrastructure Cabling).\nSecurity Clearance Requirement; must have an active Secret clearance at a minimum and capable of obtaining a Top Secret in order to be considered for this position.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
