This individual will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, internal stakeholders, and client teams to design and implement innovative solutions that achieve mission and business objectives.\nThis role requires strong technical depth, creativity, and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems with broad organizational impact.\nLocation: This position offers full time telework from any U.S. based location.\nCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe IAM Cyber Engineer will be responsible for large projects or processes with moderate impact across multiple technical areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:\nArchitecture & Engineering\nLead the architecture, engineering, implementation, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IGA/LCM systems and supporting infrastructure\nEmbed secure design principles into software and hardware components across the IT lifecycle to support IGA and LCM processes\nDevelop and implement solutions that address complex identity and access challenges across enterprise environments\nSupport emerging authentication standards and evolving security frameworks\nTechnical Leadership & Collaboration\nServe as a technical leader across multiple programs, driving IAM strategy and engineering excellence\nCommunicate effectively with internal technical teams and client stakeholders\nProvide technical planning, system design, development, integration, verification, and validation support\nDevelop innovative solutions to achieve functional and program objectives\nSupport escalations from operational teams\nTechnology Focus Areas\nIdentity Governance Administration\nIdentity Life Cycle Management\nOkta\nMicrosoft Active Directory (AD)\nMicrosoft Azure Cloud\nEmerging authentication standards\nAdditional identity and infrastructure technologies as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
