This role requires strong hands-on assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble cables, harnesses, panels, enclosures, and other small sub-assemblies.\nRead and interpret work instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.\nInstall components and devices according to assembly documentation and specifications.\nSolder wires printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and electronic components.\nMeasure, cut, strip, and route wires on panels and/or enclosures.\nUse basic hand tools and power tools to perform assembly and fabrication tasks.\nOperate measuring instruments such as multimeters, continuity testers, calipers, tape measures, and rulers to verify product conformity.\nProvide feedback and suggest improvements to assembly processes and documentation.\nComplete build records, quality documentation, and production reports as required.\nPerform quality checks on own work and assist with peer (buddy) inspections.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with 5S methodologies.\nFollow established manufacturing guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols.\nAdhere to all company regulatory and compliance policies.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or research & development (R&D) environments.\nTypically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 - 3 years of prior relevant experience.\nAdditional years of experience will be considered in lieu of education\n\nKnowledge and awareness of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures.\nProficiency with basic computer applications for daily production tasks.\nCurrent or previously held certification in one or more of the following standards:IPC-620 (Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies)\nIPC-610 (Electronic Assemblies)\nIPC-7711 / 7721 (Rework & Repair)\nJ-STD-001 (Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies)\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
