A key requirement of this role is to deliver technical service in a dynamic ITIL environment as well as incorporating Agile change delivery.\nYour Role and Responsibilities;\nDemonstrable experience of Windows Server based infrastructure at an enterprise level\nDemonstrable experience of RedHat Linux OS based infrastructure as well as general Linux support skills\nExperienced in the management and maintenance of VMWare based virtualised estates\nDeployment and support experience of Hyper Converged Infrastructure.\nManagement and troubleshooting of storage technologies including NetApp & Dell\nManagement and troubleshooting of Active Directory within an on premise environment\nDevelopment of a customer desktop build with a number of bespoke/legacy applications\nPackaging and deployment of applications\nRequired Skills:\nExperience of Microsoft Exchange management & support from 2013 onwards\nExperience of MS SQL Server and SQL Database Clustering\nExperience of Veeam Backup technology\nExperience of Ivanti Device & Application Control implementation\nExperience of patch management including analysis and deployment\nExcellent communications and organisational skills as well as the ability to work independently as well as in a team\nExperience in ITIL ICT service delivery and SAFE Agile delivery of critical infrastructure\nExperience of working under pressure to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities\nUnderstanding of the importance of stakeholder management and organisational acumen\nDemonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies, skillsets and to learn quickly\nWorked in a business or safety critical environment previously\nDesirable Skills:\nExpose or experience of working with F5 Load Balancing technology\nExperience of build, test and ongoing management of a VDI solution using VMWare Horizon\nClearance Requirements:\nClearance to Start BPSS\nClearance for Role SC\nYou must be willing to undergo SC or DV clearance dependent upon the security requirements for the role\nAre you ready to make an impact?
