This role maintains accurate hardware and software asset and contract records, coordinates request intake and contract renewals, and helps strengthen lifecycle controls, compliance, and operational efficiency across a multimillion-dollar IT asset portfolio.\nLocation: This position allows for full time remote work from any U.S. based location.\nCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required to qualify for consideration.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManage IT asset contract records throughout the lifecycle, from initial requests and orders through renewals, changes, and termination.\nReview and triage ServiceNow requests, route work accurately, monitor progress, and resolve customer inquiries and escalations.\nCoordinate contract renewal activities with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners to support timely decisions and accurate records.\nMaintain and reconcile ServiceNow asset and contract data; develop reports, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.\nSupport audit readiness by maintaining complete, accurate documentation and following established ITAM controls and procedures.\nPartner with Budget Owners, Managers and other stakeholders to identify cost avoidance, and contract consolidation opportunities.\nRecommend process and automation enhancements; contribute to requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.\nOwn assigned deliverables, communicate status and risks proactively, and meet established deadlines.\nRequired Qualifications:\nUS Citizenship.\nBachelor's degree coupled with two years of relevant experience in IT asset management, contract administration, business systems analysis, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nWorking knowledge of IT assets and contract lifecycles, including requests, renewals, and record maintenance.\nExperience using ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise workflow or asset management system.\nStrong written and verbal communication, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and summarize findings for management.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nDemonstrated adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing shifting priorities and evolving business needs as technology and processes change.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ServiceNow including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Contracts, Catalog and reporting capabilities.\nFamiliarity with software licensing, hardware asset management, or IT contract renewal processes.\nExperience supporting ITAM audit controls, data governance, process improvement, or workflow automation.\nExperience using Power Automate, Power BI, and other collaboration/analysis tools\nCLEARANCE REQUIRED\nNone\n►Please be advised that during the interview, you will be required to keep your camera on, and your interviewer will be taking your picture for identification purposes if a future offer is extended to you.\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
