# IT Asset Analyst

Leidos CIO Services, reporting through the Digital Sector, is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to support the IT Asset Management team. This role maintains accurate hardware and software asset and contract records, coordinates request intake and contract renewals, and helps strengthen lifecycle controls, compliance, and operational efficiency across a multimillion-dollar IT asset portfolio. Location: This position allows for full time remote work from any U.S. based location. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required to qualify for consideration. Primary Responsibilities Manage IT asset contract records throughout the lifecycle, from initial requests and orders through renewals, changes, and termination. Review and triage ServiceNow requests, route work accurately, monitor progress, and resolve customer inquiries and escalations. Coordinate contract renewal activities with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners to support timely decisions and accurate records. Maintain and reconcile ServiceNow asset and contract data; develop reports, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.
